INSTITUTION

NEUformation has been engaged to produce a master plan for a new cluster of buildings located within new grounds upon entry into UTM 2nd link road at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai, Johor. The cluster is one of a few in a chain of clusters, stringed along a valley perpendicular to the new link. It comprises a Research Management Centre, Science Faculty, Bioscience Faculty, Library and a central park sited over an area of 54 acres. Averaging 6 storeys in height, the buildings encircle a public park and are linked by an internal ring road. Surface parking serving each building is provided for and linked by an outer perimeter road ensuring connectivity and a pedestrian friendly environment.
